I had a good experience with Riverside OS from the first phone call. They were kind and offered me an appointment within the week where everywhere else was booking 3 weeks out. I appreciate the staff being respectful and the doctor was always checking in about my comfort. I have never had to have a procedure like this so I can’t compare but I will definitely come back. I had an exceptional experience at Riverside Oral Surgery! From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me with such kindness and professionalism. I was there for a tooth extraction, and I was amazed at how quick and efficient the process was. In fact, I was done and out the door before my kiddo was even ready to be picked up from tutoring! The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way, and the procedure itself was seamless. It’s clear that this is a fantastic group of people who genuinely care about their patients. I will definitely be back if I ever need oral surgery again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert care!
