The building was easy to find and their office suite was right next to where we parked. Parking was easy too. The waiting room was beautiful with modern decor, plus complimentary coffee and water were available. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and made sure we even knew where the restroom was. The four ladies I interacted with were all pleasant and professional. Our waiting time was practically nothing, although I would have fine as their big glass window had a river view. I cannot think of a single important aspect of my visit today that needed improvement. That office was beautiful and the staff were excellent.
